Stampr offers a 30-day return policy for a full refund on unopened items, but we cannot accept returns on opened items.
Here's an example:
1. Your customer contacts you to return an unopened item 10 days after receiving it
2. You contact us to get an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), which you then pass on to your customer
3. The customer ships the item back to Stampr’s warehouse
4. We receive and inspect the item. If everything is fine, we then issue a refund to the customer on your behalf
We handle processing returns and refunds that meet our return policy, however you are the point of contact for the customer, as well as the one who determines if the customer can return the item.

Can our customer's contact you for Marketplace returns?
